All Continental US shipping is done USPS Ground Advantage and is priced as follows

4 oz to 1lb = $6.95

1lb to 2lbs = $9.95

2lbs to 5lbs = $15.95

5lbs and Up = $20.95

All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.
